Refund policy

We have a no return policy but exchanges are allowed within 7 days of purchase provided the following conditions are met:

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. It will need to be accompanied by a digital receipt. If you chose to not give us your email, phone number, or name at the time of purchase, we will NOT have a record of your sale in our system.

You may exchange for a product of the same value as what you originally purchased, or a gift card may be provided for the original sale amount.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
